During April or May, a non-professional status teacher must be observed with a
written report to follow within five school days.

During May, review meetings must be held between non-professional status
teachers and immediate supervisors to go over the progress toward professional
development improvement and to develop a statement in writing of the extent to
which the agreed-to evaluation plan was achieved.

May 1      written notice of intent to retire at the end of the third subsequent year
                should be submitted to superintendent in order to maximize Option B
                retirement benefits as detailed in contract section 7.13.4

May 1      date by which a request for a transfer must be recognized in writing by
               the superintendent

May 15    deadline by which action on Research and Development proposals
               will be communicated to those who submit them

May 15     date by which a teacher determined to be less that satisfactory will
                be notified

May 15     deadline to hold review meeting to go over teacher's/nurse's
                progress and develop a statement in writing of the extent to which the
                agreed-to evaluation plan was achieved
